REQUEST FOR TRAINS FOR PRAVASI RAJASTHANIS

Respected Sir,

A new broad-gauge railway lane is commissioned between Palanpur Junction and Looni Junction via Bhiladi, Marwar Bhinmal, Jalore and Samdhari Junction to facilitate the commuters. There is only one weekly train operating between Mumbai(Dadar Bikaneer Exp- Train Number 12490) to Jodpur via Palanpur and Looni Junction. This train operates only Wednesday and Sunday and there is no other train facility in this route.

Similarly there is no train facility from Bangalore to Jodhpur via Palanpur Junction and Looni Junction. There is heavy traffic movement in this sector. thousands of commuters are required to travel between Bangalore, Hubli, Gadag, Hole Alur, Badami, Guledgud, Bagalkot, Almatti, Bagewadi Road and Bijapur and also from Bangalore, Haveri, Hubli, Dharwad, Londa and Belgaum towards Palanpur Junction and Looni Junction via Bhiladi, Marwar Bhinmal, Jalore and Samdhari Junction.

In view of the above, it is imperative to provide a new railway from Bangalore to Jodhpur via Hubli, Gadag, Hole Alur, Badami, Guledgud, Bagalkot, Almatti, Bagewadi Road and Bijapur AND another new railway from Bangalore via Haveri, Hubli, Dharwad, Londa and Belgaum towards Palanpur Junction and Looni Junction via Bhiladi, Marwar Bhinmal, Jalore and Samdhari Junction.

It is also necessary to extend the existing Ahmedabad Express train No.16502 and Dadar Bikaner Express Train No.12490 upto Bangalore via Hubli on the same route.

We request you, kindly to announce in the coming railway budget and start the new train facilities as above.
