MINOR LAPSES IN E-SUGAM OR M-SUGAM RESPECTED SIR, Season's greetings from the members of Karnataka Hosiery and Garments Association.. This has reference to the implementation of E-Sugam on various commodities (specifically Ready -Made Garments) with effect from November 1, 2013. Further, we refer to your circular as per which the ‘educative period’ has been extended to November 30, 2012. At the outset, we thank you and appreciate the extension given to the ‘educative period’. This was a much required extension for the Trade and Industry. You may appreciate that, we at our end have already initiated specific measure to prepare the dealers for a smooth implementation of E-Sugam. Necessary training is also being given and the dealers are being educated on the approach to comply with the E-Sugam procedure. We also thank you for the training extended by the Commercial Tax Office to the dealers in understanding the nuances of the E-Sugam Procedure. Sir, we request you to please adopt a lenient view till the dealers are completely able to understand the E-Sugam ,Procedure. Imposition of penalties on each and every default may hinder the relationship between the dealers and the commercial tax office. With the implementation of E-Sugam, each and every dealer is now expected to comply with the statutory norms and ensure that accountability is afforded for every transaction relating to purchase, sale and every other movement of goods. This is also further enable the dealers to remit the applicable taxes to the account of the Revenue and consequentially will result in deposit of all applicable dues under the local VAT law. We believe that this measure would help to bridge the complete gap between the Trade and the Commercial Tax Office and also lead to compliance with law as a whole. If the lenient view is taken and minor lapses are ignored, then the Traders and Dealers may be benefited as they make their progress to ensure all compliance. Therefore, it is a humble and sincere request that the commercial tax department may be instructed to ignore small procedural lapses as long the accountability to goods is completely given. If you feel so, then this lenient view may be issued to the check posts and other concerned tax offices. This final step may help the dealers with unnecessary penalties on minor lapses. Your good -self may appreciate that Revenue would surely increase as the accountability and compliance with goods is also going to increase. But levy of penalty on minor lapses may not increase the revenue but could unnecessarily hinder the compliance which has now moved a step ahead by way of E-Sugam Implementation. We sincerely request for your intervention on this matter and help the Trade for which E-Sugam implementation in the middle of the year is also impossible. The Tax Department has been unaware of the fact that the business of Readymade Garments and Hosiery is a seasonal business and hence, E-Sugam cannot be implemented in the middle of a Season. Introduction of E-sugam will be like taking away the part of living which a small trader is making to pay to the consultant or to buy a computer and have internet connection just to issue E-sugam. A cost of thirty thousand plus for a computer and a minimum cost of Rs.250/- per month for internet connection will affect a small dealer very dearly. Also considering the fact that the dealer are less educated about the computer, the department should provide them a little more time to get accommodated to the new system and procedure. Sir, the Garment and Hosiery Industry is a season specific industry as you are aware and E-Sugam implementation in the middle of this Winter Season has left various dealers stranded and under the grip of huge tension. If the E-Sugam implementation is not extended, this could result in a damage much beyond what we can comprehend. It would be highly appreciative if this implementation is postponed till April 2014. I have witnessed the dealers who are yet to be educated on generation of E-Sugam and I really feel that a sudden implementation of E-Sugam would result in miscarriage of natural justice. I have seen genuine dealers paying very high to the consultants for generating each E-Sugam. Sir, we are with you. We thank you for your efforts being put in. Sir, please help the entire trade and industry by getting this extension of E-Sugam implementation. This would be a blessing to the entire Trade and Industry. I pray that God would intervene in this matter and help out the sincere and genuine dealers who are faced with the task of clearing this huge stock of seasonal goods in such a short period of time on account of E-Sugam Implementation. VIEWS ABOUT E-SUGAM IN KARNATAKA OF CAIT GENERAL SECRETARY

No.: 1424/1/29 25th November, 2013 Shri Siddaramaiah, Hon'ble Chief Minister & Finance Minister, Government of Karnataka, Bangalore Dear Shri Siddaramaiah Ji, CAIT would like to bring in your attention about the practical difficulties faced by traders ever since introduction trader unfriendly ‘e-sugam’. We believe the policy was devised with all good intentions and encourage transparent and fair trade in state. However in reality it is proving counter productive as this will encourage traders to exploit system and prefer to do business without keeping proper records. This will also promote nexus between inspectors, other enforcement officials and traders. Instead of revenue coming to government exchequer, the money will go in the pocket of few officials. Such a situation will be detrimental to economy and development of state. The conditions of e-sugam are very impractical due to following reasons:- 1. It directs to register the trader to his consignment invoice and receives a number for any transaction where the value of the goods is equal to or more than Rs 20,000. 2. First problem is that most of the traders are single handedly handling their trading activities, hence as per the notification, he/she needs to spend considerable time in registering and generating consignment number from the e-sugam web portal or through mobile. 3. Our main submission is that around 90% of traders are still not computer literate. Hence what is the use of imposing a rule where the user is not up to the mark. 4. Even those traders who are computer literate may not have necessarily a computer with internet facility in their work premises. 5. Generating e-sugam number may also not be always feasible as this too will consume time and in hinterland and countryside the user may fequenty face the network coverage issue. 6. In very short, the submission is that this notification if implemented will create a headache for honest trader who will have to focus more on compliance process and requirements rather than his trading activity. Thus it will be adversely affect trading environment in state. Another biggest challenge which state must look into is the clear violation by those traders who knows to exploit the situation. There will be many unscrupulous individuals who will use the existing rules of e-sugam for their business benefit without paying any taxes at all. Example there is provision of cancellation of e-sugam citing various reasons. As per the current notification, the number obtained needs to be produced at the department’s checkpost or shown to officials randomly inspecting vehicles transporting goods. The unscrupulous traders after ensuring that the consignment reached the destination cancel the transaction filed under e-Sugam. Thus this mechanism fails to deter the dishonest traders have been using the duration of delivery of goods for evasion purposes. Sources in the Commercial Tax Department said a dealer can cancel the consignment invoice without drawing the attention of the department as its validity is for 48 hours. In such scenario I would like you to kindly have a re-look at the fair objectives and deliverables of the e-sugam so that it encourages honest traders, increases state revenue while curbing the menace of tax evasion and corrupt nexus of tax officials. Jain Monks and nuns (SADHU AND SADHVI)

Jain Monks and nuns (SADHU AND SADHVI) When a person renounces the worldly life and all the attachments, and is initiated into monkshood or nunhood, the man is called Sadhu or Muni and the woman is called Sadhvi..Their renunciation is total which means they are completely detached from the social and worldly activities and they do not take any part in those activities anymore. Instead, they spend their time spiritual uplifting their souls and guiding householders such as ourselves how to uplift our souls. When they get initiated into the life of Sadhus and Sadhvis, they take five major vows and act strictly in accordance with those vows. The five great vows are: 1) Vow of absolute Non-violence. First vow means sadhu and sadhvis will never cause harm or violence to any living being including even the tiniest creatures. 2) Vow of absolute Truthfulness Second vow means they will not lie. 3) Vow of absolute Non-stealing Third vow means without the permission of the owner they will not take anything from anywhere. 4) Vow of absolute Celibacy Fourth vow means they have to observe the celibacy with an absolute adherence to it. The sadhu or sadhvis should not even touch a member of the opposite sex regardless of their age. 5) Vow of absolute Non-attachment. Fifth vow means they do not possess anything and do not have any attachment for things they keep for their daily needs. In summary, while taking these vows, they say, "O Lord Arihant! I will not commit the sins of violence, express falsehood, steal and enjoy sensual pleasures, or be possessive, by speech, thought or deed; nor will I assist or order anyone to commit these sins. I will not approve or endorse anyone committing such sins. Oh Lord! I hereby take a sacred and solemn vow that throughout my life, I will follow these five major vows and strictly follow the code of conduct laid out for a sadhu and a sadhvi." Therefore, Jain Sadhus and Sadhvis never cause harm or violence to any living being. They live according to the pledge that they do not harm even the tiniest creatures. They always speak the absolute truth. They do not lie on account of fear, desire, anger or deceptive intentions. Without the permission of the owner, they do not take even the smallest thing such as a straw. They observe the vow of celibacy with an absolute adherence to it. They will not touch the members of the opposite sex, even a child. In case the members of the opposite sex either touch them by mistake or in ignorance, they have to undergo the ritual of repentance (Prayashchitta) for self-purification. Jain Sadhus should not keep money with them. They will not own or have any control on any wealth, houses, any such movable or immovable property or organization. They will limit their necessities to the lowest limit and apart from these limits they should not have any attachments. Some special rules of conduct for sadhus and sadhvis: The Jain sadhus or sadhvis do not take food or water after the sunset or before sunrise. They wait 48 minutes after the sun-rise before even drinking boiled water. Under any circumstance, they do not eat or drink anything between the hours of sunset and sunrise. Gochari (Alm): Jain sadhus/sadhvis do not cook their food, do not get it prepared for them, or do not accept any food which was prepared for them. They go to different householders that are Jains or vegetarians and receive a little food from each house. This practice is called Gochari. Just as cows graze the top part of grass moving from place to place, taking a little at one place and a little at another, in the same way Jain Monks and Nuns do not take all the food from one house. They collect it from various houses. The reason Jain Sadhus/sadhvis accept a little food and not all the food from one house is because this way the householders do not have to cook again. The cooking process involves much violence in the form of fire, vegetable chopping, water consumption, etc., and sadhus or sadhvis do not want to be the part of any violence due to their needs. They do not receive food standing outside the house; but they go inside the house where food is cooked or kept. This way they can understand the situation that their accepting food would not make the householders to cook again. They accept food which is within the limit of their vows. Vihar: They always walk with bare feet. When they travel from one place to another, whatever may be the distance they always go walking. They do not use any vehicle like bullock cart, car, boat, ship or plane for traveling. Whether it is cold weather or scorching sun; whether the road is stony or thorny; whether it is the burning sand of a desert or a burning road, they do not wear any foot-wear at any time. They move about on bare foot all their life. The reason for not wearing shoes is while walking, they can avoid crushing the bugs or insects on the ground. While going places, they preach the religion (Dharma), and provide proper spiritual guidance to people. They do not stay more than a few days in any one place except during the rainy season which is about four months in duration. The sadhus and sadhvis travel after sunrise & before sunset only.. The place where they stay is called Upashray or Paushadh Shala. They may stay in places other than the Upashrayas if those places are suitable to the practice of their disciplined life and if they do not disturb or impede the code of conduct. The reason they do not stay anywhere permanently or for a longer period in one place is to avoid developing attachment for material things and the people around them. Loch: The Jain S�dhus and Sadhvis after receiving the Diksha (initiation) do not cut their hair or shave their heads; nor do they get these things done by a barber. But twice a year or at least once a year at the time of Paryushan, they pluck off their hairs or they get the hairs plucked by others. This is called Keshlochan or Loch. This way they are not dependent on others to carry out their needs. It is also considered as one kind of austerity where one bares the pain of plucking of the hairs calmly. Clothing: They always wear un-stitched or minimally stitched white clothes. Some Jain sadhus do not wear the clothes. A loin cloth which reaches up to the shins is called a Cholapattak. Another cloth to cover the upper part of the body is called Pangarani (Uttariya Vastra). A cloth that passes over the left shoulder and covers the body up to a little above the ankle is called a K�mli. K�mli is a woolen shawl. They also carry a woolen bed sheet and a woolen mat to sit on. Those who wear clothes have a muhapati a square or rectangular piece of cloth of a prescribed measurement either in their hand or tied on their face covering the mouth. They also have Ogho or Rajoharan (a broom of woolen threads) to clean insects around their sitting place or while they are walking. Sadhus who do not wear any clothes have morpichhi and kamandal in their hands. These are the articles by which they can be distinguished. This practice may vary among different sects of Jains but essential principle remains the same to limit needs. They bestow their blessings on all, uttering the words Dharm Labh (may you attain spiritual prosperity). They bless everyone alike irrespective of their caste, creed. sex, age, wealth, poverty, high, or low social status. Some put Vakshep (scented sandal dust) on the heads of people. Monks and nuns show the path of wholesome life and of a righteous and disciplined life to every one through the media of discussions, discourses, seminars and camps to attain spiritual prosperity. The entire life of sadhus/sadhvis is directed towards the welfare of their souls. All the activities of their life have only one aim, namely, self-purification for self- realization. For the attainment of this objective, besides following laid down guidelines they perform the pratikraman daily, and perform other austerities. Conferring a title: The Jain sadhus, after being initiated that is, after receiving the diksha become immersed in such activities as meditation, seeking knowledge, acquiring self-discipline etc. Proceeding on the path of spiritual endeavor, when they reach a higher level of attainment, their spiritual elders, for the preservation of the four-fold Jain Sangh, confer upon them some special titles. The Title of Acharya: This title is considered to be very high and involves a great responsibility. The entire responsibility of the Jain Sangh rests on the shoulders of the acharya. Before attaining this title, one has to make an in-depth study and a thorough exploration of the Jain Agams and attain mastery of them. One must also study the various languages of the surrounding territory and have acquired a through knowledge of all the philosophies of the world related to different ideologies and religions. The Title of Upadhyay: This title is given to a sadhu who teaches all the sadhus and sadhvis, and has acquired a specialized knowledge of the Agams (Scriptures). The Title of Panyas and Gani: To secure this title, one should have acquired an in-depth knowledge of all the Jain agams. To attain the status of Ganipad one should have a knowledge of the Bhagawati Sutra and to attain the Panyas-pad one should have attained a comprehensive knowledge of all the aspects of the agams. The Jain sadhus, on account of the mode of their life, are unique among all the monks. The entire life of Sadhus and Sadhvis is dedicated to spiritual welfare of their souls; all their objectives, and all their activities are directed towards elevating their souls to the Paramatma-dasha, the state of the Supreme Soul. Above discription is related to Svetambar Monks.. Who is a Jain? The devotee of vishnu is called a Vaishnav; the devotee of Shiva is called a Shaiva; the follower of the Buddha is called a Buddhist: the follower of Christ is called a Christain. In the same manner, the follower of Jineshwer is known as a Jain. Hence, this dharma has become current, established and reowned under the name of the Jain dharma. One who follows the path shown by Jineshwer is a Jain. Such a man is a Jain to whatever nation he may belong; to whatever sect or creed he may belong; in whatever philosophical context he might have been born or brought up. The Jain dharma is not a religious sect or creed. Anyone can adore and follow this dharma irrespective of his caste and creed. This living dharma is meant for all. Fasting is very common among Jains and as a part of Jain festivals. Most Jains fast at special times, during festivals, and on holy days.Paryushan is the most prominent festival, lasting eight days in Svetambara Jain tradition and ten days in Digambar Jain tradition during themonsoon. The monsoon is a time of fasting. However, a Jain may fast at any time, especially if he or she feels some error has been committed. Variations in fasts encourage Jains to do whatever they can to maintain whatever self control is possible for the individual Purpose of fasting Monks, nuns and laity fast as penance and to control desires. Jains believe fasting purifies the body and the mind, reminding one of Mahavir's emphasis on renunciation and asceticism. Mahavir spent months fasting and in contemplation. It is not sufficient simply to stop eating when fasting; the person must also stop wanting to eat. Control over one's mind is a major goal. If one continues to desire food, the fast is fruitless.. Why is fasting essential ? The body experiences weakness by fasting and hunger but that weakness is not caused by the absence of food but because the unclean stuff is cast off. After the body is purified strength returns to the body. It acquires freshness and agility. In this, there is no wonder. After the foreign, unwanted substances are removed from the body, health naturally appears in it. Normally, in the body heat is always being produced. hence, there is always a certain degree of heat in the body. In the Jainterminolgy, this process may be given the, Taijas Sharir or Taijas Namkarma. To keep this process of the production of heat continuing, fuel is necessary. Most of the fuel is obtained from the carbohydrates and fats in our food. But during the period of Upavas fasting when the consumption of food has been stopped, the remaining oart of the food gets urnt and assimilated. Hence, during Upavas (fasing period) the fats soon decreases; and like fats the strength of the liver, the spleen and muscless also gets reduced but the brain never grows weak and never sustains even the slightest loss; so we get sound sleep. The thoughts become wholesome and pure. In the begining, the foul stuff found in the body may appear on the tongue; may come out in form of spittle; may cause giddiness etc., but gradually, everything gets all right. Upavas is useful in getting rid of such diseases as fever, smallpox, measles, asthma, blood pressure, eczema etc. By means of Upavas the children of a doctor in America by name, Edward David, were saved from the dreadful disease of Diphtheria. In his book, The Non-breakfast plan and Fasting Cure, the doctor has written that during illness, it is far better to fast than to take fod or medicines because by that means, health can be soon recovered. We are all human beings and as human beings the problems,humanity is facing today are our own.As a matter of fact,we ourselves are responsible for their consequences also.It is our earnest duty to ponder over their roots and causes, to suggest their solutions and to make their eradication.Each and every Jain according to his capacity does something towards fasting,swadhyay,samayik,jain readings & pratikraman..By pratikraman he or she asks or begs pardon for the carelessness in his or her movements and for the violence he or she caused to any creature,knowing pretty well that the fruit of non-violence is happiness and well being and that of violence is pain,grief and misery.. For there, sewage frequently overflows through a manhole, and speeding vehicles splash drain water on road users. The overflowing manhole is located near Hotel Raghavendra Prasanna. A reality check by TOI revealed that such drains are the bane of this buzzing commercial hub. While the stench is overpowering, the continuous flow of water and movement of vehicles have left the road riddled with potholes. The appalling conditions have left those doing business in the area in the lurch. Sajjan Raj Mehta, a trader-activist, said drainage lines on AS Char Street and BVK Iyengar Road have not been renovated in the past three decades. Often, people visiting the shops here are from Kolar, Tumkur and Mandya. "Customers wonder how we manage to do business in this stinking place," he said. Sajjan brought the problem to the notice of the BBMP and state government, but nothing has changed so far. Anil Kumar, owner of a jerkin and bag shop, complained that overflowing drains bring dirty water to their doorsteps. "Those who visit the shop are always in a hurry to leave. The unhygienic surroundings have affected my business," he rued. All hell breaks loose when it rains. The entire stretch gets inundated and the waterlogged road causes traffic jams round-the-clock. Potholes buried under water take motorists by surprise, often leading to accidents, said KK Bhansali, an advocate whose office is located on the same road. This road is a nightmare for pedestrians too. The stench spreads when drains begin to overflow in the morning, said Manoj Kumar Garg, a garment shop owner. Despite bringing the matter to the notice of the councillor, nothing has changed, he said. Losing ground AS Char Street is bread and butter for roadside traders who sell clothes, bags and similar items on Sundays. Nadeem Baig, a bag vendor, said the brimming drains ensured he went without business for two consecutive weeks. "Many a time, our stocks get dirty, thanks to the overflowing water," he said. In their words The drains are overflowing due to overload. This is because drainage water from Gandhinagar also flows through AS Char Street drains. Restructuring and widening of the main sewage pipeline from Super Talkies to Sultanpet Road, under the Jawaharlal Nehru National Urban Renewal Mission, at a cost of Rs 3 crore, will start from November. ​ ​​अपनी सामाजिक संस्थाओ में क्या आपसी समन्वय संभव नहीं ​ ​​? ​ आज हमारे समाज में सामाजिक संगठनों की जैसे बाढ सी आगई है किसी ना किसी क्षेत्र में कोई ना कोई सामाजिक संगठन जरूर कार्य कर रहा है लेकिन सवाल यह उठता है कि आज हमारे समाज विशेष में अनेक प‍ंजीकृत राष्‍ट्रीय, प्रादेशिक व क्षेत्रिय संगठन कार्यरत है क्‍या वे संगठन अपना दायित्‍व पूर्ण रूप से निभा रहे हैं और वे अपने स‍ंविधान व विधान के अनुरूप कार्य कर रहे हैं ? यदि ये संगठन ऐसा करने में असमर्थ है तो हमारा नैतिक दायित्‍व बनता है कि हम उस अनियमित्‍ता का आंकलन करे और उसके सुधार के लिए आवाज़ उठाएं । प्राय: ऐसा देखने में आता है कि कुछ ​संगठन ​ अपना दायित्‍व निभाने के बजाय केवल टिप्‍पणियां ही करते रहते हैं । जबकि वास्तिविकता में वे खुद भी उसका पालन नहीं करते हैं । लेकिन वे दूसरो से अपेक्षा करते हैं कि वे उसका पालन करें । ​ऐसा ​समाज व संगठन के लिए खतरा है । क्‍या इस प्रकार भी कोई समाज का भला हो सकता है । जब किसी सामाजिक संगठन का मुख्‍य व्‍यक्ति केवल अपनी कुर्सी को बचाने के लिए साम-दाम दण्‍ड भेद की नीति अपनाने से भी नहीं हिचकिचाता है ओर वह चाहता है कि वह उस संस्‍था का आ‍जीवन मुखियां बनकर अपनी वाहवाही लूटने की फिराख़ में रहता है । लेकिन उसे इस बात का अहसास नहीं होता है कि वह इस स्‍वार्थ की भावना के पीछे समाज का कितना नुकसान कर रहा है । ऐसे ​संगठनो ​ को चाहिए कि वे अपनी नीति और नियती दौनों में सुधार करे और समाज हित के बारे में सोचे उसी में उनका व समाज का भला है । नहीं तो आने वाली पीढ़ि उन्‍हें निश्चित ही दोषी ठहराएगी । आज हमारे संगठनों को स्‍वच्‍छ और दृढ़ रखना भी हमारी जिम्‍मेदारी है । ​ ​जीवन में कुछ मुकाम या पद्दाव ऐसे आते है कि समाज को नूतन उधेश्य,नयी दिशा , मिल जाती है .जहाँ से सोच उभरती है ,गुजरती है समाज को नए अनुभव,चिंतन , आशाओ के सुमन अपना द्वार खोले खड़े प्रतीत होते है ..हर बिंदु में सिन्धु,हर पल में युग,प्रतीत होता है .. ​ कितना सुखद हो सकता है यदि विभिन्न संगठन आपसी समन्वय से, सहकार,स्नेह से , समर्पण से ,अपने सत्कार्यो की समीक्षा करे और उस संगठन के साथ कंधे से कंधे मिला कर समाज में सेवा सुश्रुषा का भाव लिए अपनी तरफ से उस संस्था को समुचित योगदान प्रेषित कर उस सत्कार्य को सफलता के शिखर पर ले जाए .. आज कई संस्थाए एक विशेष कार्य में निपुण है और बड़ी ही कार्य कुशलता से समाज के तबको को साथ ले कर चलते हुए अपने लक्ष्य को बखूबी हासिल कर रही है .. पंजीकृत संस्थाए होना तथा पारदर्शिता बरतने की सख्त आवश्यकता है और दानदाता तथा सामाजिक सहयोग प्रदत्त करने वाले भी यह सुनिश्चित कर ले तो सोने में सुहागा हो जायेगा .. ​विशेष ​योजना के क्रियान्वन के लिए विशेष संगठन को दायित्व सौंप कर और आपसी सहमती,विचार विमर्श और चिंतन से बागडोर भी हमारे अपने किसी सरलमना .सुह्रदयी .समर्पित .सेवा भावी .सजग .सजीले .सदगुणी .सक्षम .संकल्पित और सकारात्मक सोच के धनी ​​​को कमान थमा दी जाए .. संगठन किसी भी क्षेत्र में क्यों न हो, वह सदैव अच्छा होता है- संगठन ही प्रगति का प्रतीक है, जिस ​समाज ​ में संगठन होता है ​वहां ​सदैव शांति एवं सुख की वर्षा होती है ​.​ संगठन बहुत बड़ी उपलब्धि है, जहाँ संगठन है वहां कोई भी विद्रोही शक्ति सफल नहीं हो सकती है, जहाँ संगठन है वहां बहुत बड़ा बोझ उठाना भारी नहीं लगता । जहाँ संगठन है, एकता है वहां हमेशा प्रेम-वात्सल्य बरसता है- एकता ही प्रेम को जन्म देती है, एकता ही विकास को गति देती है । जो समाज संगठित होगा, एकता के सूत्र में बंधा होगा, वह कभी भी परास्त नहीं हो सकता- क्योंकि संगठन ही सर्वश्रेष्ठ शक्ति है, किन्तु जहाँ विघटन है, एकता नहीं है उस समाज पर चाहे कोई भी आक्रमण कर विध्वंस कर देगा । ​​ ​​बड़ी ही प्रसन्नता होती है कि संगठित प्रयासों के बलबूते पर , समुचित जानकारी का संग्रहण और समावेश कर ,संबधित पक्ष और विपक्ष को विशवास में लेकर , किसी भी अहम् मसले पर सिधान्तो की लड़ाई लड़ी जा सकती है , बशर्ते मन में जज्बा ​त ​ उज्जवल हो, लक्ष्य साफ़ द्रष्टिगोचर हो,तथ्यों से पूरी तरह वाकिफ हो,सकारात्मक सहयोग,समन्वय,सटीक टिप्पणियों से औत प्रोत वक्तव्य हो ,चिंतन की प्रवृति हो,सरकारी अधिकारिओं को वस्तु विषय की गहन जानकारी उपलब्ध ​कराने ​ में पारंगतता हासिल हो ,मीडिया में समय -२ पर सटीक और सार्थक सामग्री का प्रकाशन कराया गया हो .बिना किसी लाग -लपेट के और राजनितिक मंशा से परे हटकर राजनीतिज्ञों को भी तथा प्रशासनिक पदेन हस्तिओ के साथ सुमधुर संबध हो और सही परिवेश और परिपेक्ष्य में उनतक बात पहुंचा पाए तो .धीरे-धीरे से ही सही पर अंत में सफलता नसीब हो सकती है . हम कतई आपा ना खोये , अधीर होकर किसी को कटु वचन न कहे , आपस में ना उलझे ,हम पदाधिकारियो के ​ बीच ​ के अंतर द्वंध को बाहर कदापि उजागर न होने दे , हमारेबिच स्वस्थ प्रतिद्वान्धिता सदेव रहे , मतभेद कभी मन-भेद में पल्लवित और पुष्पित ना हो ..इसका सदेव आभास रहे ..एक अकेला कुछ नहीं कर सकता .. संगठन में ही शक्ति है .. धैर्य,साहस,गहन ​ ​चिंतन,मनन,लेखन,अनुसन्धान जारी रहे और संबधित जितने भी सहयोगी दल हो उनको विशवास में लेकर किया गया कार्य फलित होता है ..कोई भी पत्थर हथोड़े की एक चोट से नहीं टूटता तो इसका अर्थ कदापि यह नहीं कि वे प्रयास व्यर्थ हुए बल्कि उनसे पत्थर कमजोर होता गया , आखिर सत्कार्य साकार होना ही था .. ​​ नई पीढ़ी क़ी सोच भी व्यापक बदलाव को आतुर है और आशा ही नहीं पूर्ण ऐतबार है कि उनके संकल्पों क़ी बदौलत कुछ महत्वपूर्ण योजनाओं में ज्यादा दिलचस्पी बढ़ेगी ..युवाओं के लिए हर अवसर एक कांच की फूलदानी कि तरह है जो ना मालुम कब हाथ से फिसल जाए--या फिर कागज़ के एक पुडिया की तरह है कि कब पानी कि बूंद से यह गल जाए पर वे ज्यादा सतर्कता तथा बुजुर्गो के अनुभवी मार्गदर्शन में अपनी रोटी बराबर सेंक लेंगे..जरुरत है कि हम युवा सही दिशा में निरंतर आगे बढ़ते हुए समाज की दशा को बदलने में अपनी क्षमताओं की आहुति प्रदान कर संतोष सुख को प्राप्त करे.. सामजिक व्यवस्थाओ से जुड़े होने के कारण अन्य समाज एवं संघ के सदस्यों को हमसे अपेक्षाए होना स्वाभाविक है,जिस पर हमारा द्रष्टिकोण सुधारात्मक ह़ो, ​ लचीलापन लिए हो तथा आमूल ​चुल ​बदलाव के लिए हो तो फिर कहना ही क्या . यदि हम सब मिलकर,अपनी-अपनी क्षमताओ का तड़का लगाकर ,इसी तरह जन हितार्थ चेष्टा कर सुप्रयांसो से समाज को नयी रोशनी दिखा सके तो हमारे अपनों के ​संबंधों ​ में और प्रगाढ़ता आती रहेगी तथा तत्परता और लगन से समाज सफलता के शिखर की और अग्रसर होता रहेगा ..​विश्व को आध्यात्मिक ज्ञान देने वाले जगत गुरु भारत की सभ्यता,सलीका,संस्कृति,सम्मान प्रवृति का सारे विश्व में प्रचार - प्रसार का उत्तरदायित्व भी हमारा है ..समाज के उत्थान का आधार आध्यात्मिक शिक्षा है।भारत की सभ्यता और संस्कृति को जीवंत रखने के लिए संयुक्त परिवार या संयुक्त समाज की परिकल्पना को मूर्त रूप देना होगा तथा हम अपने संचित संस्कारो से सामूहिक कार्य प्रणाली को तवज्जो दे पाए तो हम ज्यादा गौरवान्वित और फलित बनेंगे .. ​ ..विश्व का मंगल हो,प्राणी मात्रा का मंगल हो,सभी के उज्जवल भविष्य क़ी मंगल कामना शुभ भावों के दीये में जलाकर प्रेषित करते हुए हर जन के ​​सहयोग,सानिध्य,स्नेह,सहकार क़ी भावना भाता सबसे महान, इसकी महानता मैं नहीं कहता, कहता सारा जहाँ ! संत-सती, श्रावक-श्राविका डोर है इसकी थामे रखते, भटके हुए प्राणियों को सन्मार्ग की राह है दिखलाते ! आशीर्वाद हैं इसमें 24 तिर्थंकरो का, शास्त्रों में सार हैं आगम-वेद-पुराणों का ! जिन-धर्म के सिद्धांतों को मान दो, महावीर की वाणी को सम्मान दो ! गर्भ में आने पर माँ त्रिशला को 14 स्वप्न आये थे, जन्म होने पर स्वर्ग में इन्द्रों की सिहांसन कम्पाये थे ! महावीर बड़े ही निराले वीर थे, अपनी वाणी के धीर-गंभीर थे ! जिन-धर्म मिल नहीं सकता बाजारों में, यह तो मिलता हैं उच्च विचारों से ! शरणागत के कर्मो को तोड़ देता हैं, मोक्ष की राह से यह जोड़ देता हैं ! जिन संतो की महिमा बड़ी निराली है, सत्य-अहिंसा की पुष्प सींचे, ऐसे वो माली हैं ! रे मानव ! जाने-अनजाने करता तू बहुत कर्म है, खुशकिस्मत हैं हम, जो मिला यह जिन धर्म है ! मानव जन्म को यूँ न बर्बाद करो, ​आगे बढ़ो​ ​ -​ ​ देश गढ़ो हमारे देश का नाम भारत है .इसे प्रकृति का क्रीडा स्थल कहा जाता है ..यहाँ पर्वत मालाये,झर -झर कर बहते झरने ,हरे भरे उपवन , मानसून ,गंगा,जमुना,सरस्वती जैसी नदिया ,सभी प्रकार के फल-फूल,अनाज,सब्जिया,मेवा,सो ​ना चांदी ​जैसे अनेक धातु,हीरे लोहे जैसी वस्तुओं की खाने प्रचुर मात्र में उपलब्ध है यह तपोभूमि ऋषि मुनियों ,त्यागीयों,और तपस्वियों की जन्मभूमि कही जाती है ..ज्ञान के भण्डार वेदों का प्रादुर्भाव भी यही हुआ .दर्शन शास्त्र,आयुर्वेद,धनुर्वेद ,ज्योतिष शास्त्र इत्यादि विविध विज्ञानों की प्र​थम ​ज्योति यहीं चमकी ..राजा हरीश चन्द्र की सत्य परायणता , राम की पित्र भक्ति,सीता का पतिव्रत्य,श्री कृष्णा की राजनीतिज्ञता,सम्राट अशोक का प्रजा वात्सल्य , चन्द्र गुप्त और विक्रमादित्या की वीरता ,बुद्ध , भगवान् महावीर और महात्माँ गाँधी जैसे सत्य और अहिंसा के पुजारी ,सरदार पटेल जैसे लोह पुरुष और अनगिनत शंकराचार्य ,साधू संत तथा ऋषि दयानंद ,स्वामी दयानंद आदि विद्वान इसी देश की माटी ने पैदा किये ..भिन्न - २ धर्म,जाति,राज्य,भाषा के होते हुए भी हमारी ​सकारात्मक​ सोच ​,​आध्यात्मिक सोच ,धर्म भावना​,अपनत्व भावना ,राष्ट्रीय भावना​ हमें एक सूत्र में गुंथे हुए है ..इन सब बातों से " भारत एक राष्ट्र है " स्पष्तः सिद्ध हो रहा है .. कुछ कारण विशेष से हमारे देश में खाध समस्या ,बेकारी की समस्या ,कुप्रबंधन की समस्या ,भ्रष्टाचार की समस्या हमारे अखंड भारत के विश्व की महाशक्ति बनने में बाधक हो रही है ..हमारा कर्तव्य है कि हम हमारी भारत माता के सपूत बनकर परस्पर सह्योग,सहकार और समर्पण से इन समस्याओ के निराकरण हेतु कृत संकल्प होकर आगे बढे ..हम स्वार्थ भावना से ऊपर उठ कर,अपने पूर्वजो,आदर्शो और शहीदों की शहादत को सम्मान देते हुए भारत का गौरव बढ़ाये .. ​हम एक-जुट होकर सरकार और सामाजिक संस्थानों के साथ मिलकर ऐसा आचरण करे कि पडोसी देशो के कलेजे पर फिर से सांप लौटने लगे ..हम किंकर्तव्यविमूढ ना होए तथा आशा की किरण पर पानी कतई ना फिरने दे ​..हम आशाओं से परिप्लावित हो उठे और विरोधी शक्तिया जो भीतरी है या बाहरी उनको आंसुओ के घूँट पीने पर विवश कर दे ..मन चंगा तो कठौती में गंगा भ्रष्टाचार​​ की बीमारी ने कितने लोगों के जीवन-रस को चूसकर नारंगी के छिलके की तरह दर-किनार कर दिया है..उनके अरमानो की होली जल चुकी है..भ्रष्टाचार इतनी चरम बुलंदी पर पहुँच चुका है क़ि सुप्रीम कोर्ट को भी उसपर अनचाही फ़ब्तिया कसनी पड रही है..खेलो में भष्टाचार, जमीन घोटालो में,रक्षा-सौदों में,दिनों-दिन के व्यवहारों में यह इतना घुलमिल चुका है क़ि बिना इसके सांस लेना तक दूभर हो चुका है..हद तो तब हो गयी है क़ि अब राशन वितरण प्रणाली में घोर अनियमित्ताओ के चलते हजारों करोडो क़ी हेराफेरी हो चुकी है तथा सरकार हाथ पर हरः धरे बैठी है क्योंकि हमाम में तो सब नंगे जो है..रेवडिया सब के बीच बराबर बटती जाती है तथा खून के आंसू रोने के लिए बचता है बेचारा गरीब. गरीब भरी जवानी में बुढ़ापे की आगोश में समा जाता है क्योंकि आजादी के ६३ वर्षों के पश्चात् भी वह दाने-दाने के लिए मोहताज है..राशन वितरण प्रणाली में लिप्त इन नकाबपोश अपराधियों को सरकार जितनी सख्त सजा दे कम है वरना उनके होंसले युही बुलंदी पर चढ़ते रहेंगे.समय का तकाजा है कि किसी भी तरह के भ्रष्टाचार को आम जनता बढ़ावा नहीं दे ओर शुरुआत स्वयं से होनी चाहिए.. एक नेता, एक अफसर रिश्वत लेता है तो हम कहते हैं कि यह भ्रष्टाचार है. ठीक है. लेकिन जब हम किसी बस में बिना टिकिट लिए, कण्डक्टर को आधे पौने पैसे देकर यात्रा करते हैं तब? और इतना ही नहीं, जब हम बिना बिल के कोई खरीददारी करते हैं तब? इस नज़र से देखेंगे तो पाएंगे कि हममें से शायद ही कोई हो जो भ्रष्ट न हो. बिना बिल के सामान बेचने वाला दुकानदार जितना दोषी है उससे कम दोषी हम नहीं हैं जो टैक्स बचाने के लिए खुद आग्रह करते हैं कि बिल न हो तो भी चलेगा. लेकिन, जैसा मैंने कहा यह तो हमारी चुनौती का एक हिस्सा है: भ्रष्ट आर्थिक आचरण.भ्रष्टाचार का यह विषवृक्ष छतनार ना होता जाए , इसके लिए इसके कारणो की जड़ पर ही कुठाराघ्त कराना होगा. देश में व्याप्त कालाबाजारी,रिश्वतखोरी तथा अनगिनत भ्रष्टाचार की नई-नई किस्मे निरंतर सामने आ रही है ओर हम एक से निपटने में सक्षम भी नहीं हो पाते उससे पहले दूसरो पद्धति इज्जाद हो ज़ाती है..प्रजातंत्र में हर मनुष्य का मोल बराबर है- चाहे वह पंडित हो या मुर्ख,विचारवान हो या विचारशुन्य ,पैसे पर बिकने वाला हो या पूरा इमानदार..इसी तरह किसी भी भ्रष्टाचार के लिए हर भ्रष्टाचार उतना ही दोषी हो जितना करने वाला या करने वाला..कानून की लाठी समस्त भ्रष्टाचारियो पर एक सी चोट प्रदान करे.. अंग्रेजो की गुलामी से निवृत होने के बाद भी भ्रष्टाचार की गुलामी से त्रस्त होने के कारण ही आज भी देश के १००००० गाँव विद्युत के अभाव में जी रहे है,उतने ही गाँव सड़क से महरूम है..करीब २ लाख गाँवों में पोस्ट-ऑफिस तक नहीं है,प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र नहीं है..लाखों गाँव को रेल सेवा नसीब नहीं हुई है..ग्रामीण स्तर पर ५५ प्रतिशत आबादी ही शिक्षित है उसमे महिला शिक्षा का स्तर ओर भी नीचे है ? पञ्च-वर्षीया योजनाओ में वादे ओर स्वप्नों के सब्जबाग तो काफी दिखाए जाते है पर हकीकत के धरातल पर जमीन खिकी-खिसकी नजर आती है..जरुरत है क़ि योजनाओ में प्राथमिकता भले ही रेल,बंदरगाहों.हवाई अड्डो ,सड़को ओर विद्युत क़ी दी जाए पर साथ ही सम्पूर्ण योजना में समग्र विकास के लक्ष्य को ध्यान में रख कर सिंचाई,ग्रामीण विकास,ग्रामीण शिक्षा,स्वास्थ्य ओर प्राथमिक शिक्षा पर भी जोर रहे..नदियों को जोड़ने क़ी योजनाये ठन्डे बसते में पड़ी है जिसे असली जामा पहनाये जाने क़ी जरुरत है..नदियों को जोड़ने के कार्य से देश में कृषि उत्पादन को वर्त्तमान स्टार से ७-८ गुना बढाया जा सकेगा जिसके फलस्वरूप देश का किसान आत्म निर्भर बनेगा तथा जनता जनार्दन के हाथ में भी पैसा होगा ओर एक सीमा तक भ्रष्टाचार से विमुख होने क़ी कोशिश करेगा.देश क़ी वर्त्तमान चुनाव प्रणाली भी काफी हद तक भ्रष्टाचार को बढ़ावा देने वाली है ओर उसमे निरंतर बदलाव क़ी आवश्यकता है क्योंकि राजनीति में प्रवेश के पहले ही जब करोडो के वारे-न्यारे हो जाते है तो फिर राजनेता भ्रष्टाचा- उन्मूलन क़ी बात सोचे भी तो कैसे..सोचना है, कराना है तो जनता जनार्दन को करना है अतः कमर क़स कर समस्त स्वयं सेवी संस्था हो या स्वयं,हम यह सुनिश्चित करे क़ि कतई भ्रष्टाचार को बढ़ावा नहीं देंगे..जिस समाज ने हमें स्रष्टि का सर्वोतम वरदान बनने के अनुकूल बनाया , उसके प्रति हमारे कितने उत्तर-दायित्व है ,इसे हमें कदापि नहीं भुलाना चाहिए...

​स्वस्थ ​प्रशासन ​ का सजग पहरी ​राजनीतिज्ञ क्यों भटक रहा है ​ ​ ?​ ​राजनीति कर्तव्यों, आदर्शों और अपने जनसेवी उद्देश्यों के प्रति सच्ची निष्ठा का प्रतीक है। निस्पृह समाज सेवा है, एक तटस्थ विचारक की विचारणा और सूझबूझ का खुला गुलदस्ता है। सामाजिक चेतना की धूरी है, आस्था, तपस्या और सृजना की त्रिवेणी है, एक मिशन है, निष्काम और निस्वार्थ भाव से किये गये कार्यों का दस्तावेज है, लगन, कर्मठता तथा ईमानदारी इन तीन कर्म सूत्रों पर आधारित जीवन दर्शन है, नीर-क्षीर विवेक का प्रतिफल है, मगर वर्तमान ​राजनीतिक ​ क्षेत्र में स्वस्थ ​राजनीति की अनदेखी हो रही है। स्वस्थ ​राजनीति ही​ उसके दल ​ की लोकप्रियता निस्पक्षता और पैनेपन का प्रतीक तथा जीवंतता है। उसका अपना निर्णय दृष्टिकोण होता है और यही निर्णय, दृष्टिकोण का अलंकार है। यदि यह निर्माणात्मक, जनहितकारी, जन जागरण और जन चेतना की मशाल साबित हुआ तो ​राजनीति में स्वयं ही चार चांद लग जाते हैं। स्वार्थी और पीत ​राजनीति से सफलता नहीं मिल सकती। ​ वर्तमान में विश्व भर में विश्व कल्याण, विश्व शांति के प्रयास होने लगे हैं, ऐसी स्थिति में ​राजनेताओ​ को अहम् भूमिका निभानी होगी, क्योंकि उसका दायरा सम्पूर्ण विश्व में सर्व सुलभ साध्य साधना ​मात्र ​ है। इस वृहद दायरे का निर्वाह ​स्वस्थ प्रशासन ​ की परिधी में आ चुका है। विश्व स्तरीय ​राजनीति ​ किसी भी प्रकार की गहन निरीक्षण शक्ति, सूक्ष्म अवलोकन, तात्कालिक जागरूकता और राजनैतिक चेतना द्वारा ही संभव है। ​राजनेताओ ​ का ध्येय कोरी आलोचना नहीं है, वह ''ब्लैकमेल" तो हो ही नहीं सकता, क्योंकि उसके संकीर्णता, प्रलोभन न होना, सत्य को कड़वाहट तक न ले जाने, व्यर्थ के मसाले लगाकर ''सूर्खी" न बनाने की क्षमता हो। एक स्वच्छ मार्ग निर्मित किया जाये, स्वस्थ जनमत जागरूक करने का प्रयास ही जन प्रशंसा का पात्र बना सकती है और ​स्वस्थ प्रशासन ​ का उज्जवल पृष्ठ जन-मन को मोह सकेगा, इसलिए ​नेताओ ​ का स्वरूप सर्वजन सुखाये हो, सत्यता और वास्तिविकता के प्रतिमानो को वर्तमान के तराजू पर तोल कर प्रकाशित किया जाये, अर्नगल को अर्गल न बनाया जाये और न ही अर्गल को अतिक्रमण कर उसे रौंदा जाये। जरूरत पडऩे पर विचार-विमर्श उपरांत जनोपयोगिता के संदर्भ में निर्णय लिया जाये, अन्यथा जनमानस की मानसिकता बिगड़ते देर नहीं लगती और कुठाराघात भी हो सकता है। ​राजनीती और राजनैतिक संगठन किसी भी क्षेत्र में क्यों न हो , वह सदेव अच्चा रहता है ..संगठन ही प्रगति का प्रतिक है . .जिस राजनितिक दल में संगठन होता है उसे जनता जनार्दन जनमत प्रदत्त करती आई है और करती रहेगी . जहाँ विघटन है. एकता का अभाव है, आपसी सामंजस्य प्रखर और प्रभावी नहीं है , विश्वास खंडित है वे विपक्ष के लायक ही रहेंगे .जहाँ संगठन है , एकता है , परस्पर प्रेम वात्सल्य बरसता है ,एकता ही प्रेम को जन्म देती है , विकास को जायज गति प्रदान करती है .संगठन के बिना किसी भी राजनितिक दल की कल्पना भी नहीं की जा सकती है ...आअज २१ वि सदी में जनता स्वस्थ राजनीती और सुशासन की ही इच्छुक है तथा समूचे विश्व में परचम लहराने का स्वप्न संजोने वाले राजनितिक दल या राजनेता को ही कमान सौपने का लक्ष्य रखेगी . ​​.​राजनेताओ को समर्पित ​ अपने रिश्ते पे हमें नाज है , कल जितना भरोसा था उतना ही आज है रिश्ते वो नहीं जो हमें सिर्फ गम और ख़ुशी में साथ दे रिश्ते वो है जो अपनेपन का अहसास दे..​ जयहिन्द..वन्दे मातरम.. जयहिन्द..वन्दे मातरम...​ जैन सज्जन राज मेहता

WE CAN HELP AND WE HAVE TO ..WE MUST HELP BY 1. Using our washing machine only when it is filled to its total capacity. We can save about 4500 litres per month in this process. 2. Avoid using a shower for bathing. Try using a bucket instead. This will help us save about 150-200 litres everyday. 3. Turn off the tap while brushing and save more than 200 litres of water every month. 4. Stop participating in water playing Holi. As we all know, a massive quantity of water is wasted during this festival ..it is going to celebrated now and this week only for 4-5 days 5. Don't waste it BY WASHING CAR OR VEHICLE DAILY .... 6. Use sprinklers to water the plants provided we have a large garden only and in rare situations . 7. Ensure that our home has no leakages. Also check whether all water bottles are closed properly. 8. Use small glasses for drinking water. The smaller the container, the less consumption of water. 9. Whenever we waste water, just think about those millions of people who still struggle to save every drop of water for their survival...Monthly or whenever we get free , think of helping and working as a volunteer to help people get water and save water.. 10. Lastly, spread awareness regarding water conservation..water saved or conserved is water earned ..be alert and inform the government authorities in the area if we find any leakage .. BAN THE SLAUGHTERING OF COWS AND OXES IN KARNATAKA (SENT ON 12.6.10) TO THE HON'BLE PRESIDENT OF INDIA The Bhartiya Janta Party contested for election in Karnataka with a manifesto that if chosen to power, they will ban the slaughtering of cows and oxes. Very well aware of this, the people of Karnataka choose the BJP government into power, and we must commend the BJP government for living up to their end of the bargain. After introducing and getting the Prevention of Cow Slaughter bill cleared from the assembly, it was supposed to be signed by the governor and enacted as a law, who instead of signing it reverted it to the President of India. The president too is sitting on the bill and technically she can do this forever or till the next elections. The government is suppose to be 'by the people' and 'for the people' and the President and the Governor are suppose to be the servants of the Republic of India. But instead of acting upon the compassionate will of the people, they have perpetrated a fraud on the people of Karnataka and have hurt their sentiments and played with their emotions. The people of India and especially Karnataka are loosing their patience and are waiting for an answer. Let us not forget that Chapter IV-A, Article 51A(g) of The Constitution of India stated that, "it shall be the fundamental duty of every citizen of India ... to have compassion for all living creatures." It should be noted that even the former Prime Minister, the late Indira Gandhi, had written to all State governments in 1982 suggesting a total ban on slaughter of cattle. Severe penalties have been incorporated in the legislation only to ensure an effective enforcement. All the founding fathers of our great nation echoed similar sentiments. Mahatma Gandhi, the father of our nation rightly said that the greatness of a nation and its moral progress can be judged by the way its animals are treated. When we take something from someone, we must return the favor. The Cow had fed and nourished us with the same milk that she feeds and nourishes her baby with. This goes to say a lot. We have fed on her breast milk and now we must return the favor. It's a shame on our conscious to go to bed every night while innocent and noble creatures like cows are brutally and mercilessly slaughtered and hacked apart to death. Creatures who have never wronged or harmed us but only served - only to be slaughtered for their service and love. Its a statement by the people of Karnataka that we are well aware of our fundamental duties to this great nation and to her earthlings and to her just and fair constitution that has set a shining example of democracy for the world to follow. HAPPY WOMEN'S DAY हार्दिक शुभकामनाये....किसी भी समाज की शक्ति उसकी जनसँख्या में नहीं, अपितु उसकी एकता में निहित रहती है..एकता के अभाव में न तो परिवार का स्तर ऊँचा उठता है और न समाज का चहुंमुखी विकास होता है..वस्तुतः एकता ही शक्ति ओर संगठन का मूलमंत्र है..इसमें कोई आतिशयोक्ति नहीं कि नारी वर्ग देश का अभिन्न अंग है और समाज का आधार स्तम्भ भी है..जिस तरह का जीवन और सामाजिक ढांचे का जैसा स्वरुप हमारे सम्मुख आज विद्यमान है , उसमे व्यवहार धर्म को लेकर अनगिनत प्रश्नचिंह द्रष्टिगोचर हो रहे है..सामाजिक आचरण हीनता और आपाधापी बढ़ी है..यह व्यवस्था ज्यो-ज्यो पनप रही है त्यों-त्यों इस पर गंभीर और गहन चिंतन और मनन की आवश्यकता है, विश्लेषण की जरुरत है..वर्त्तमान परिपेक्ष्य में कोई अकेला तो यह दावा नहीं कर सकता कि वह इस देश के व्यवहारिक जगत को सब बुराइयों या विक्षमताओ से सर्वथामुक्त कर पायेगा पर समूचे समाज को माला के मनके की तरह एक सूत्र में पिरोकर,अपनी-अपनी शक्ति,बुद्धि और पुरुषार्थ में सामंजस्य लाकर परिणिति सामाजिक हित की कर सकता है..नारी शक्ति का प्रयास पूर्णतः सकारात्मक रहा है तथा समूचे समाज को जोड़ने की प्रक्रिया में आपकी सहभागिता,सहकारिता,सानिध्यता तथा सत्कारिता अतुलनीय ओर अनुमोदनीय हैं..समाज को आपने कभी निराश नहीं किया है ..निज पर शासन- फिर अनुशासन को आपने भली-भांति निभाया है ओर निभाते रहें.. यह एक अनवरत चलने वाली प्रक्रिया है तथा मुझे अपार प्रसन्नता है कि नारी शक्ति समाज के सानिध्य में निरंतर प्रगति के पथ पर अग्रसर रहते हुए सफलता का परचम लहरा रही है.." नारी तबका " वर्त्तमान में जीना जानता है और भविष्य की कोरी कल्पना में नहीं उलझता तथा अतीत की भूलो से सबक लेता हुआ सत्कार्यों में तल्लीन रहता है..वर्त्तमान में जीने वालों के चित निर्मल और मानसिक एकाग्रता पुष्ट होती है..बिना किस लाग लपेट के निष्पक्ष रूप से विचारो की अभिव्यक्ति ही समाज को सोचने पर मजबूर करेगी और सोच ही पहले दिशा और फिर दशा बदलेगा..नारी जगत इसी तरह सफलता के सोपानों पर अग्रसर रहे और सामाजिक जगत को कुरीतियों तथा विषमताओ से मुक्त करते रहे और हमारा सहयोग बिना किसी स्वार्थ के निर्विध्न रूप से आपको प्राप्त होता रहेगा..आप के उज्जवल भविष्य की मंगल कामना शुभ भावो के दीपक में सजाकर प्रेषित करते हुए अत्यंत ही आनंद की अनुभूति कर रहा हूँ..आदर सहित , सधन्यवाद-- सज्जन राज मेहता -- सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता 09845501150बन्गलोर sajjanrajmehta.blogspot.com

नामुमकिन को मुमकिन किया जा सकता है नामुमकिन को मुमकिन करने निकले थे हम छलनी में पानी भरने निकले थे आँसू पोंछ न पाये अपनी आँखों के और जगत की पीड़ा हरने निकले थे जैसे उड़ने की कोशिश हो पिंजरें में रेत का दरिया पार उतरने निकले थे पानी बरस रहा है जंगल गीला है हम ऐसे मौसम में मरने निकले थे होंठों पर तो कर पाये साकार नहीं चित्रों पर मुस्कानें धरने निकले थे पाँव पड़े न जिन पर अब तक सावन के ऐसी चट्टानों से झरने निकले हैं बाती गुमसुम है दीपों में दहशत है अंधियारे किरणों को वरने निकले थे ... दिल में थी कुछ कर गुजरने की तमन्ना और था पीठ पर आपका हाथ नतीजा निकला तो तसल्ली हुई सफलता आखिर नसीब तो हुई बन्धुओ बड़ी ही प्रसन्नता होती है कि संगठित प्रयासों के बलबूते पर , समुचित जानकारी का संग्रहण और समावेश कर ,संबधित पक्ष और विपक्ष को विशवास में लेकर , किसी भी अहम् मसले पर सिधान्तो की लड़ाई लड़ी जा सकती है , बशर्ते मन में जज्बान उज्जवल हो, लक्ष्य साफ़ द्रष्टिगोचर हो,तथ्यों से पूरी तरह वाकिफ हो,सकारात्मक सहयोग,समन्वय,सटीक टिप्पणियों से औत प्रोत वक्तव्य हो ,चिंतन की प्रवृति हो,सरकारी अधिकारिओं को वस्तु विषय की गहन जानकारी उपलब्ध करने में पारंगतता हासिल हो ,मीडिया में समय -२ पर सटीक और सार्थक सामग्री का प्रकाशन कराया गया हो .बिना किसी लाग -लपेट के और राजनितिक मंशा से परे हटकर राजनीतिज्ञों को भी तथा प्रशासनिक पदेन हस्तिओन के साथ सुमधुर संबध हो और सही परिवेश और परिपेक्ष्य में उनतक बात पहुंचा पाए तो .धीरे-धीरे से ही सही पर अंत में सफलता नसीब हो सकती है . हम कतई आपा ना खोये , अधीर होकर किसी को कटु वचन न कहे , आपस में ना उलझे ,हम पदाधिकारियो के बिच के अंतर द्वंध को बाहर कदापि उजागर न होने दे , हमारेबिच स्वस्थ प्रतिद्वान्धिता सदेव रहे , मतभेद कभी मन-भेद में पल्लवित और पुष्पित ना हो ..इसका सदेव आभास रहे ..एक अकेला कुछ नहीं कर सकता .. संगठन में ही शक्ति है .. धैर्य,साहस,गहन चिंतन,मनन,लेखन,अनुसन्धान जारी रहे और संबधित जितने भी सहयोगी दल हो उनको विशवास में लेकर किया गया कार्य फलित होता है ..कोई भी पत्थर हथोड़े की एक चोट से नहीं टूटता तो इसका अर्थ कदापि यह नहीं कि वे प्रयास व्यर्थ हुए बल्कि उनसे पत्थर कमजोर होता गया , आखिर सत्कार्य साकार होना ही था .. आज हमारे समाज में सामाजिक संगठनों की जैसे बाढ सी आगई है किसी ना किसी क्षेत्र में कोई ना कोई सामाजिक संगठन जरूर कार्य कर रहा है लेकिन सवाल यह उठता है कि आज हमारे समाज विशेष में अनेक प‍ंजीकृत राष्‍ट्रीय, प्रादेशिक व क्षेत्रिय संगठन कार्यरत है क्‍या वे संगठन अपना दायित्‍व पूर्ण रूप से निभा रहे हैं और वे अपने स‍ंविधान व विधान के अनुरूप कार्य कर रहे हैं ? यदि ये संगठन ऐसा करने में असमर्थ है तो हमारा नैतिक दायित्‍व बनाता है कि हम उस अनियमित्‍ता का आंकलन करे और उसके सुधार के लिए आवाज़ उठाएं । प्राय: ऐसा देखने में आता है कि कुछ लोग अपना दायित्‍व निभाने के बजाय केवल टिप्‍पणियां ही करते रहते हैं । जबकि वास्तिविकता में वे खुद भी उसका पालन नहीं करते हैं । लेकिन वे दूसरो से अपेक्षा करते हैं कि वे उसका पालन करें । ऐसे व्‍यक्ति किसी भी समाज व संगठन के लिए खतरा है । क्‍या इस प्रकार भी कोई समाज का भला हो सकता है । जब किसी सामाजिक संगठन का मुख्‍य व्‍यक्ति केवल यह चाहता है कि वह ही हर बार उस संगठन के मुखियां के रूप में चुन कर आए । वह अपनी कुर्सी को बचाने के लिए साम-दाम दण्‍ड भेद की नीति अपनाने से भी नहीं हिचकिचाता है ओर वह चाहता है कि वह उस संस्‍था का आ‍जीवन मुखियां बनकर अपनी वाहवाही लूटने की फिराख़ में रहता है । लेकिन उसे इस बात का अहसास नहीं होता है कि वह इस स्‍वार्थ की भावना के पीछे समाज का कितना नुकसान कर रहा है । ऐसे व्‍यक्तियों को चाहिए कि वे अपनी नीति और नियती दौनों में सुधार करे और समाज हित के बारे में सोचे उसी में उनका व समाज का भला है । नहीं तो आने वाली पीढ़ि उन्‍हें निश्चित ही दोषी ठहराएगी । आज हमारे संगठनों को स्‍वच्‍छ और दृढ़ रखना भी हमारी जिम्‍मेदारी है । कर्णाटक होजरी एंड गारमेंट association ( खागा ) पिचले काफी वर्षो से अपने सदस्यों के हितार्थ कइ जनउपयोगी कार्यो को लेकर आगे बढ़ा है तथा आपके सहकार से आशातीत सफलता हासिल कर रहा है ..चाहे एंट्री टैक्स OR EXCISE का मसला हो , BBMP ट्रेड लाइसेंस का मसला हो ,वेट का मसला हो, WEIGHT & MEASUREMENT का मसला हो , सामजिक कार्य हो , अकाल राहत हो , सुनामी हो , उड़ीसा त्रासदी हो . राजस्थान में अकाल राहत या गुजरात में भूकंप हो, हम पदाधिकारियो को सुकून महसूस होता है कि भले ही कोई हमें उस सफलता का ठीकरा हमारे सर पर फोड़े या नहीं , पर उनके मन में कही न कही तो हमारे कार्य के प्रति श्रधा और विशवास के बिज अंकुरित हो रहे है ,भले ही वे मुंह पर नहीं जताए , पर उनकी आँखों में हमारे प्रति अपनत्व महसूस हम कर ही लेते है ..किसी भी वर्ग को सफलता यूँ ही नहीं मिलती या यों कहू कि सफलता अलादीन के चिराग कि तरह भूमि को फोड़ कर नहीं निकला करती-ना ही किसी अवतार कि तरह आकाश से अवतरित होती है ..कामयाबिया हमारे स्वस्थ नजरिये का परिणाम है..सेवाओं का प्रतिफल है,स्वस्थ मानसिकता की परिणिति है, ईश्वरीय आशीर्वादों से फलित, सिंचित और पल्लवित हो रही है..समाज ने एक हाथ से लिया तो दुसरे हाथ को देने के लिए खुला छोड़ रखा है..जैसे आकाश में यदि प्रकाश हो और कमल का विकास ना हो ,ऐसा कभी नहीं हो सकता उसी तरह जन -जन के कल्याण क़ी अभिलाषा मन में संजोये हम व्यापारी व्यवसाय में सब कुछ दांव पर लगा कर तन्मयता से गतिविधिओं को अंजाम दे और सफलता हमारे कदन ना चूमे ...यह भला कैसे हो सकता है.. नई पीढ़ी क़ी सोच भी व्यापक बदलाव को आतुर है और आशा ही नहीं पूर्ण ऐतबार है कि उनके संकल्पों क़ी बदौलत कुछ महत्वपूर्ण योजनाओं में ज्यादा दिलचस्पी बढ़ेगी ..युवाओं के लिए हर अवसर एक कांच की फूलदानी कि तरह है जो ना मालुम कब हाथ से फिसल जाए--या फिर कागज़ के एक पुडिया की तरह है कि कब पानी कि बूंद से यह गल जाए पर वे ज्यादा सतर्कता तथा बुजुर्गो के अनुभवी मार्गदर्शन में अपनी रोटी बराबर सेंक लेंगे..जरुरत है कि हम युवा सही दिशा में निरंतर आगे बढ़ते हुए समाज की दशा को बदलने में अपनी क्षमताओं की आहुति प्रदान कर संतोष सुख को प्राप्त करे.. सामजिक व्यवस्थाओ से जुड़े होने के कारण अन्य समाज एवं संघ के सदस्यों को हमसे अपेक्षाए होना स्वाभाविक है,जिस पर हमारा द्रष्टिकोण सुधारात्मक ह़ो, सोने में सुहागा ह़ो जायेगा .. यदि हम सब मिलकर,अपनी-अपनी क्षमताओ का तड़का लगाकर ,इसी तरह जन हितार्थ चेष्टा कर सुप्रयांसो से समाज को नयी रोशनी दिखा सके तो हमारे अपनों के सस्थ संबधो में और प्रगाढ़ता आती रहेगी तथा तत्परता और लगन से समाज सफलता के शिखर की और अग्रसर होता रहेगा .. आपका समय - समय पर मार्गदर्शन तथा निर्देशन समाज में नई चेतना का संचार करेगा...विश्व का मंगल हो,प्राणी मात्रा का मंगल हो,सभी के उज्जवल भविष्य क़ी मंगल कामना शुभ भावों के दीये में जलाकर प्रेषित करते हुए हर जन के सहयोग,सानिध्य,स्नेह,सहकार क़ी भावना भाता हूँ.. विशेष आदर सहित........ प्रत्यक्ष ओर अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से सहयोग करने वालों को धन्यवाद.. जैन सज्जन राज मेहता सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता.. 098455O1150
