Government fighting corruption like the mafia fighting the crime these days..Trying to curb the corruption by appointing committees is like giving a drunk another drink to sober him up..Government is continually appointing fact finding committees when what they really need are some fact-facing committees..If Government can't win the war against the unnecessary corruption than who ? FACTS OR REPORTS MEAN NOTHING UNLESS THEY ARE RIGHTLY UNDERSTOOD,RELATED AND INTERPRETED...WE NEED POSITIVE ACTION..
